Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and undamaged
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase & order confirmation number
 

How to Return

1. Log in to your account to initiate a return via the Return Portal.
2. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
 

Damaged or Defective Items

Report within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will coordinate with the supplier to resolve.
 

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the supplier inspects and approves the return. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

International Customers (outside EU/UK)

Local customs rules apply. Luna Loft Jewellery refunds only the product price: import duties or taxes are non-refundable. Customers are accountable for all import duties and taxes incurred on international returns.
